BFit

BFit is our long-standing mid-morning class created by a couple of Williamston’s most talented, hardworking, and friendliest instructors. Classes combine aerobic exercise, Pilates, strength training and, of course, laughing! Expect to get your heart rate up with these fun and exciting workouts.

Cardio Dance

A low-impact but high-energy class for all ages. Cardio Dance uses today’s radio hits along with easy-to-follow choreographed movements to get your body moving! Dance away the calories with your friends!

Full Force

Full Force is an energy packed 30-minute class. Athletes can expect a workout similar to our CrossFit classes. This is the perfect class for those who have limited time but want to squeeze in a great workout. (Note: Full Force does not use barbells and therefore does not require Kickstart Training.)

Pound

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout! Using Ripstix (drumsticks), POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of burning calories and toning up! This class is designed for men and women of all ages and abilities. If you love music and love working out, then this class is for you!

Sweat

The usual 30-minute Full Force class followed by 30 minutes of Power Mobility. Power Mobility is intense stretching including yoga poses.

Yoga

We currently offer a relaxing and beneficial recovery yoga class: Aromatherapy Gentle Flow Yoga. Our instructor focuses on breathing and maintaining poses at your own pace.
