KIDS CLASSES (Ages 6-10)
This popular 30-minute class runs kids through a workout that practices mobility, endurance, technique of various movements, and ends with a game. It is designed to improve confidence, prevent injury, and have fun! It can be used in conjunction with sports programs or on its own.
TEEN CLASSES (Ages 11-14)
Led by an energetic coach, this class is reserved for teens only! Athletes will complete a 30 minute high-intensity workout that will challenge and improve their strength and cardio capacity. All abilities are welcome, workouts can be modified to meet the level of the athlete. The Teen Class can be used in conjunction with sports programs or on its own.
Sign up your child for sessions throughout the year that use aspects of different sports to develop motor skills, social skills and confidence that can transfer to all areas of life.
We currently run sessions of various sports for 3-5 year-olds with minimum coaching and a focus on fun. Held at McCormick Park or High Five Fitness. We are looking to add sessions for 6-12 year-olds soon. Updates are posted on Love2Play’s Facebook page.
